5280 Staffing was founded on a simple idea: that the staffing industry could be done better. Not bigger, not louder — better. More personal. More accountable. With over 80 years of combined experience across our leadership team, we have seen what works and what does not, and we have built our company around the things that genuinely make a difference.

 

Today we operate five branches across Colorado, Nevada, and Arizona — serving employers and job seekers in Denver, Longmont, Loveland, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. We place workers in light industrial roles including manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, machining, welding, and skilled trades, as well as administrative and call center positions. Across all of it, the approach stays the same: honest, personal, and built around real relationships.

Who We Are

We are not trying to reinvent the wheel.
